501 West Philadelphia Street - March 23, 2009
At 6:35 p.m. on Monday evening, March 23,2009, York City Fire Rescue units were dispatched to Jim & Nena's Pizzeria at 501 West Philadelphia Street for a commercial structure fire. Units arrived to find a heavy smoke condition in the restaurant. A working fire dispatch was made, bringing in Manchester Twp. and Dover Twp. units for RIT. Fire was held to an exterior wall.
